THE PROJECT
The Alto project aims to develop a new tertiary sector operation in the Courbevoie commune, presenting an innovative and bold architectural and environmental approach.
This 150 m high project with a flared shape and a surface area of 51,000 m² will have a façade covered with glass scales, a unique feature that will complement the skyline of La Défense. The project will benefit from the highest environmental certification standards: HQE Exceptional and BREEAM Excellent.
