THE PROJECT
Rehabilitation of seven buildings for a residential, hotel and commercial use at the center of Madrid. These buildings stand out for their architectural value and uniqueness, and for their privileged location in the historic center of the city. In addition to the Four Seasons hotel, the first one in Spain, with 200 rooms, the complex will have a high level residential area, an exclusive shopping gallery and a Spanish gourmet space.
