The complex of skyscrapers with room apartments and residential studios was built next to the Moscow-City business center in Moscow.
This complex with a total area of around 300.000 m² has become a residential analogue of "Moscow City".
In May, according to the consulting company “Welhome”, 650 new apartments in six towers were on sale in Moscow City - in the "IQ-quarter" complex & in the Federation Tower, included spacious apartments of 370 sq meters.
