Grand Lisboa Palace
We have selected case studies demonstrating that cast iron drainage solution are the choice for demanding owners who are looking for durability, acoustic and fire safety for their buildings.
THE PROJECT
The total project supposes $ 4.6 billion approximately, close to 2,000 rooms which are distributed in three structures. The Lisboa Palace Hotel, the Palazzo Versace Macau and the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel with a luxury boutique, a casino of 27,000 m2 with more than 700 gambling tables and 1,200 gambling machines, Michellin starred restaurants, a shopping center and some food and beverage establishments.
A theatre and a pavilion for wedding celebrations are in the project as well. Total built area is 521.500 m2 approximately, plus 77,200 m2 of car park and 37,400 m2 of gardens.
