Itinero® range is a solution that meets the high drainage technical demands of infrastructure projects.

Pam Building propose Itinero®, a devoted offer which takes into consideration the specificities of the project and guarantees excellent performances to accommodate different stress levels (weather constraints or exposures).

 

It is recommended to collect and drain surface water from bridges, tunnels and viaducts, on new build or renovation projects.

It is recommended to collect and drain surface water from bridges, tunnels and viaducts, on new build or renovation projects.

COATINGS

Pipes :

  1. External coating: Grey (approximate RAL 7030), anti-corrosive epoxy coating, average dry film thickness of 80 µm.
  2. Cast-iron made with De Lavaud process.
  3. Anti-corrosive zinc coating of 260gr/m2 (about 40 µm).
  4. Internal coating: epoxy coating, average dry film thickness of 130 µm.

 

Fittings :

Externally and internally coated with a grey powder epoxy (approximate RAL 7030), to an average thickness of 300 µm.

  • Hot water resistance: 24 hours at 95°C

  • Thermal cycles: 1,500 cycles between 15°C and 93°C

  • Corrosion protection: 4,500 hours of neutral salt spray testing (NF-EN ISO 9227_2017)
