Branch trap - DN 75 - PAM GLOBAL PLUS

Code article : 176739

Description

Part of the Specialized Plus range drainage system, designed for rainwater networks, the PAM GLOBAL Plus branch trap allows the conservation of a water trap preventing the rise of odours. Bottom cleaning access is either an Expansion Plug (EP) or Tight Sheet (TS). Designed for intensive use, the cast iron access fittings are coated with a 300 µm grey powder epoxy coating and are indefinitely and fully recyclable. The trap can be connected to either the horizontal or the vertical flow stream and directed in different directions by means of bends. The unused inlet is to be closed off with a blank end of socket plug. The trap is fitted with a cleaning plug at the base. PAM Building cast iron PAM GLOBAL Plus range complies with European standard EN 877 and has remarkable fire protection properties as well as exceptional acoustic performances.

Recommended use :

  • Aggressive effluents
  • Corrosive atmosphere
  • Fat Wastewater
  • Hot effluents
  • Industrial Wastewater

Major benefits :

  • Performances guaranteed with marks delivered by third party.
  • Long lasting operational safety thanks to the robustness and stiffness (around 700kN.m) of cast iron and usage of flexible mechanical couplings.
  • High level of fire safety with the excellent fire resistance up to 240 minutes according to configuration (mostly requires no special fire protection saving time and cost).
  • Best acoustic comfort.
  • Easiness of installation due to mechanical couplings assembled with simple tools.

Technical infos

  • Hot water resistance: 24h at 95°C.
  • Thermal cycle resistance: 1500 cycles between 15°C and 93°C.
  • Chemical resistance for 1 ≤ pH ≤ 13, up to 80°C.
  • Salt spray resistance: more than 2500h.
