PIPE - DN400 X 3M - ITINERO

Code article : 277866

Description

The Itinero® cast iron range is a solution that meets the high drainage technical demands of infrastructure projects.  The durability and robustness of the cast iron in case of overloads during heavy rain events meets to the special requirements for drainage pipe systems for bridges. ITINERO® is designed to efficiently meet infrastructure requirements overtime like resistance to climatic stresses thanks to cast iron stability, and thermal expansion coefficient close to that of steel or concrete. ITINERO® pipes and fittings are resistant to external corrosion due to aggressive vehicle exhaust gases and contaminated fine dust. PAM Building cast iron is non-combustible. In case of a fire, ITINERO® does not feed the fire, or emit either gases or smoke liable to delay fire fighters or jeopardize people lives. By their material and design, Itinero® pipes are totally and indefinitely recyclable at the end of their life, without loss of property, our solution perfectly illustrates the principle of circular economy.

Major benefits :

  • Long lifetime with high resistance to climatic stresses due to the zinc coating and low thermal expansion coefficient of cast iron.
  • Low maintenance due to the best in class resistance to shocks and crushing.
  • High level of fire safety with excellent A2, S1-d0  reaction to fire (non-combustible).
  • Suitable for many bridge and tunnel designs and adapted to renovation projects.
  • Easy to install due to mechanical couplings assembled with simple tools.
