Cast iron pipe 3 meters long x 125 millimeters diameter, is centrifugally spun using the De Lavaud manufacturing process which transforms the metallurgical structure: increases the tensile strength, provides greater crushing resistance, reduces the hardness to make easier to cut on site. Solid and durable, the quality of the coatings on our SMU-S pipes has remarkable intrinsic flame and fire protection properties. By their material and design, our SMU S pipes have exceptional acoustic performance, well above regulatory requirements. totally and indefinitely recyclable at the end of their life, without loss of property, our SMU-S pipes perfectly illustrate the virtues of a circular economy.

  • Hot water resistance: 24h at 95°C.
  • Thermal cycle resistance: 1500 cycles between 15°C and 93°C.
  • Chemical resistance for 2 ≤ pH ≤ 12.
  • Salt spray resistance internal coating: more than 350 h.
